5fad.com, an online digital music provider in Chinaannounced that it has filed a lawsuit against Baidu.com, Inc. on June 10 at the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York. The lawsuit focuses on copyright infringement against Baidu.com. The District Court has since accepted the case.
